By registering an account, purchasing an event pass, casting a ballot, or utilizing SoarLogBook mobile and web applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Organization & Host Responsibilities
Organizations and event administrators agree to:
- Use the service exclusively for lawful gatherings, conferences, attendance logging, and verifiable institutional elections.
- Ensure that all participant information collected is handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
- Safeguard master login credentials, kiosk PINs, and administrative privileges.
3. Ticketing, Payments & Subscriptions
All online ticket purchases and subscription payments are processed securely through Paystack in Ghana Cedis (GHS):
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected by the organization administrator.
- Ticketing payouts and refunds are subject to the event organizer's stated refund policies and payment settlement terms.
4. Digital Voting & Platform Integrity
SoarLogBook enforces cryptographic voter tokens to guarantee single-vote integrity:
- Attempting to forge voter tokens, duplicate ballots, or intercept voting tally streams is strictly prohibited.
- Election results finalized and sealed by event administrators represent the official platform record.
