- E-Voting Records: Ephemeral voter authentication tokens, ballot submission receipts, and aggregated candidate votes.
- Financial Transactions: Paystack payment references, currency amounts, and subscription plan status. (Card and Mobile Money details are handled directly by Paystack and are never stored on our servers).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process collected data to:
- Facilitate automated event check-ins, ticketing, and personalized badge issuance.
- Deliver transactional SMS and email notifications (such as QR passes, receipts, and voting links).
- Ensure verifiable, tamper-resistant digital voting for institutional elections.
